Maintenance Supervisor

Robover is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to lead our maintenance team at our Québec City plant.

In this role, you will oversee the maintenance department to ensure production equipment operates safely, efficiently, and reliably. You will be responsible for supervising maintenance personnel, coordinating repairs, implementing preventive maintenance programs, and ensuring compliance with all safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of maintenance team members
• Develop, implement, and monitor preventive maintenance schedules
• Manage repair initiatives and maintenance projects
• Ensure compliance with workplace safety regulations and company standards
• Oversee inventory of maintenance supplies, parts, and equipment
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized services
• Analyze maintenance data to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime
• Respond to urgent or emergency maintenance situations
• Train, mentor, and support the development of maintenance team members
• Prepare and manage departmental maintenance budgets

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in maintenance or production equipment management
• Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS) in Electromechanics of Automated Systems, Engineering, Facilities Management, or equivalent experience
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Solid knowledge of building systems, industrial equipment, and safety regulations
• Experience with maintenance management software
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
