Project Manager – Building Technical Systems

Robover is seeking a Project Manager to oversee projects related to building technical systems, including HVAC, electrical systems, and building inspections.

In this role, you will be responsible for the planning, coordination, and execution of technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and in accordance with specifications. You will also oversee forklift maintenance, support research and development initiatives, and manage relationships with subcontractors and technical partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and manage projects related to building technical systems, including HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building inspections and assessments.
  • Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance of company forklifts
  • Lead research and development initiatives to identify new technologies and innovative solutions
  • Establish and maintain strong working relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, contractors, and technical experts
  • Monitor project progress, identify and resolve issues, and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, and quality objectives
  • Prepare detailed progress reports and cost-benefit analyses
  • Support the training and professional development of technical teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of project management practices

Qualifications & Skills

  • College diploma or equivalent training in a building-related technical field (mechanical, electrical, civil engineering, etc.)
  • 5 to 10 years of proven experience managing complex technical projects in the construction sector
  • Strong technical knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical systems, and building inspections
  • Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
